These terms of use ("Terms") govern the use of the UCC — United Combat Connections application ("the app", "the service"). By using the application, you fully accept these conditions.

1. Service description

UCC is a social network dedicated to combat sports. The application allows users to create a sports profile, publish content (text, photos, videos), exchange messages, find training partners and discover combat events.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the application. By creating an account, you certify that you meet the minimum age requirement. Minors between 16 and 18 must have authorization from their parents or legal representatives.

3. User account

• You are responsible for the security of your account and password.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating your profile.
• Only one account per person is allowed.
• Access to the application may be subject to an invitation code during the launch phase.

4. Conduct rules

By using the application, you agree not to:

• Post hateful, discriminatory, violent (outside supervised sports context) or illegal content
• Harass, threaten or intimidate other users
• Impersonate another person
• Post spam, unauthorized advertising or misleading content
• Share sexually explicit content
• Use the application to organize unregulated or illegal fights
• Attempt to circumvent the security measures of the application

5. User content

• You retain ownership of any content you post on the application.
• By posting content, you grant UCC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute and promote this content within the framework of the service.
• You warrant that you have the necessary rights to the content you post.
• UCC reserves the right to remove any content that does not comply with these Terms.

6. Moderation

UCC reserves the right to:

• Remove any content contrary to the conduct rules
• Suspend or remove accounts in violation
• Limit access to certain features in case of abusive behavior

Moderation decisions are made at our discretion and are not necessarily preceded by a warning.

7. Intellectual property

The UCC application, its design, source code and brand are the property of UCC. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification or distribution is prohibited.

8. Limitation of liability

• The application is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• UCC is not responsible for interactions between users, including training sessions organized via the Match feature.
• UCC is not responsible for injuries resulting from sports activities organized through the application.
• UCC is not responsible for data loss in case of technical issues.

9. Account deletion

You can request the deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at support@uccfight.com. Deletion will result in the erasure of your personal data within 30 days.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Substantial changes will be communicated through the application. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts will have jurisdiction.
